Service Availability Request Standard Service


Customers who wish to inquire about water service availability for a property must complete the Water Service Availability Request Form.
How to Request Water Service Availability
  1. Download the Request Form.  
  2. Fill out all required property and customer information.
  3. Attach map indicating property.
  4. Submit your request to accountservices@eastcentralsudtx.gov
  5. Account Services will confirm receipt of form and payment
  6. Account Services will send an acknowledgement confirming whether water service is available for the property.
