NOTICE REGARDING PUBLIC PARTICIPATION

How to Speak at a Meeting
Whether you want to share your views during Public Comment or speak on a specific agenda item, here's how you can do so:
Fill out the electronic Public Comment Form and submit to customerservice@ecsud.com.

Steps to Speak at the Meeting
1.  Submit your completed form.
2.  Wait for the President to call for public comments.
3.  Approach the speaker's podium and state your name and address for the record.
4.  Address the President or Presiding Officer.
Note:  Each speaker is allotted 3 minutes.
