The General Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and daily operations of the District. This role ensures financial accountability, oversees system operations, guides long-term planning, and provides strategic vision for the District’s future.

Customer Services
The Customer Service Department assists customers with answering questions, assisting with bill payments, addressing concerns.

Financial Service/Human Resources
Finance & Human Resources are responsible for the District's fiscal stewardship and workforce support.  This includes accounting, budgeting, investment management, employee benefits, wellness initiatives and performance management.

Water Operations
The Water Operations Department ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient treatment, storage, and delivery of the District's water supply
