BILL PAYMENT
East Central Special Utility District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
The first step to take advantages of the online bill payment is to register your account. To do this, click the
Pay Your Bill Now link. You should have the latest bill handy to register your account.
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
This service is available 24 hours a day. You will need your account number and either a credit or debit card for payment.
You may pay your bill in person at our office address or use the drop box located at the drive through for after-hours drop off. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Please note: Payments placed in the drop-box after 5:00 p.m. are posted the next business day. To avoid any penalties or fees, payment must be made before 5:00 p.m. on due dates.
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charges associated with this method of payment. To sign up for Automatic bank draft simply complete the Direct Payment Authorization form below and submit with a voided check.
