1.  To request a hydrant meter, please complete the online form application below.  Please allow one business day for processing.

2.  Once you receive an email notification that your application has been approved, bring your deposit to our office located at 12452 Hwy 87 E, Adkins, TX 78101.

Note:  Our technicians will install the hydrant meter onto the requested fire hydrant.  If you need to move an existing construction meter, please call our office at (210) 649-2383, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to schedule.
