Important billing information

Your monthly water bill from ECSUD may include additional charges.  ECSUD handles the billing on behalf of the San Antonio River Authority (SARA) for sewer services.  It is important to note these are not charges put in place by ECSUD, but by SARA.

Single Family Residential:
Wintertime Monthly Average (per 1,000 gallons)
Minimum fixed charge:  $35.98
Over zero (0) gallons:  $4.78 per 1,000 gallons

New Residential Customers: 
$56.57 a month to new SARA customers who have not established a Wintertime Monthly Average.  The calculated winter average is 4,308.
