Arthur Strzelczyk, Operations Manager, oversees the water operations department to provide our community with a safe, reliable, and high-quality water supply every day. This role manages the treatment, transmission, and storage of water throughout the District while maintaining our system to prevent issues before they occur and ensuring dependable service for all customers and full compliance with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) standards.
Tina Ynfante, Finance and Human Resources, manages the District's financial and employee-related operations with a focus on transparency, accountability, and organizational excellence. The department oversees budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, investments, and audits, while also supporting employee recruitment, benefits, compensation, and development.
Kathy Gonzales, Customer Service Manager leads the customer service team dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our customers. This role oversees all aspects of customer relations, including billing, payments, service requests, and account management. With a focus on clear communication, efficiency, and care, the Customer Service Manager ensures every customer interaction is handled with professionalism and a commitment to meeting the community’s needs.
